Orders will be processed 2-5 days from receipt of payment.

All shipping responsibility lies with USPS after departing ELOI. Customer is responsible for providing a secure delivery address and filing claims for missing packages, which can be done here. Once USPS marks the package as "Delivered", customer is liable if any loss or theft occurs and those items cannot be refunded.

Just like you, ELOI bandanas are unique and may vary slightly. All of my products are carefully inspected and fully guaranteed; for this reason I don't accept returns. I (completely) understand that minds and moods change, so if you'd like to exchange your pattern write to heythere@eloi.us.

All instagram sales are final. Coupon codes can not be retroactively applied to orders.
